HCM (Hacienda Camino del Mar) it’s a new concept for rent properties, we take care for the details. HCM has 2 convenient place for rent in the east coast in Puerto Rico.
Our first property is a luxurious 5-star property like a "Hacienda" with 5 bedrooms, private pool, and gym, conveniently located near to the best beaches in all Puerto Rico Island, (La Monserrate, La Pared, Playa Azul) at 45 minutes to San Juan.
Our second choice is a full equipped penthouse in a complex like a "5 Star Resort" with 4 bedroom, 360 view, pools, jacuzzi and gym near to the marinas, restaurants, and much more.
Guests for our properties will have confortables rooms, with fresh linen, towels for the beach and pool areas, we have entertain for youth with playstation or xbox, Free WiFi, cable tv and other tables games. Easy access to beaches, parks, golf club, catamarans, restaurants, groceries stores and much more.

Our guest are offered the following facilities: coffee/tea maker, pots, dishes, dishwasher, laundry are equipped with iron/ironing board or steam ironing. In addition there is ergonomic chair, BBQ, blackout drapes/curtains and desk.
Beds: Rooms are also equipped with extra towels/bedding items. Guests may request a crib/cot (infant beds).
Entertainment: at the facilities include flat-screen TV, cable television service, premium television channel(s) and pay movies. Internet connection options 10/20 megas.
Housekeeping services are also offered for guest with long term rental with additional charge if required by the guest.

All about Fajardo
About the City of Fajardo (fah-HAHR-do) is a small but popular city in Puerto Rico located in the east region of the island, bordering the Atlantic Ocean, north of Ceiba and east of Luquillo.Fajardo is spread over 7 wards and Fajardo Pueblo (The downtown area and the administrative center of the city). Fajardo is the hub of the majority of recreational boating in Puerto Rico and a popular launching port to Culebra, Vieques, and the American and British Virgin Islands. It is also the home to the largest Marina in the Caribbean, called Puerto del Rey. The town contains various hotels; the El Conquistador Resort is one of its most famous hotels. Off shore near Fajardo few islets can be found: Icacos, Palominos, Palominitos and Diablo, uninhabited coral islands.
Fajardo Lighthouse
The Fajardo Lighthouse, located within the reserve, is one of many lighthouses built by the Spanish in the 19th century around the perimeter of Puerto Rico. This one is a jewel, both for its setting and the care with which it was restored a few years ago by the Conservation Trust.
"Las Cabezas de San Juan Nature Preserve (Las Cabezas means “the headlands”) consists of 3 promontories extending into the Atlantic Ocean north of Fajardo near Las Croabas. A nature-lover’s paradise, from the trails and boardwalks you can observe every major tropical habitat that exists on the island, except a rain forest. Trained guides, ample signs, demonstrations, and special programs and exhibits help visitors understand and appreciate this fragile ecology. To protect the sensitive eco-system, visitors are transported through the park and to the lighthouse on open trams. The Fajardo Lighthouse, located within the reserve, is one of many lighthouses built by the Spanish in the 19th century around the perimeter of Puerto Rico. This one is a jewel, both for its setting and the care with which it was restored a few years ago by the Conservation Trust. In addition to visiting the small nature center on the lower level of the Fajardo Lighthouse, be sure to climb the antique iron staircase to the observation deck. The view of the 316-acre preserve with El Yunque towering behind it is extraordinary. Even more breathtaking is the seeming endless expanse of sea, dotted with islets and far off islands."
